Defenders of Irina Snytko demand to investigate use of force by police against their client

In Sochi, investigators have combined the case against Irina Snytko of using violence against the police and the case of the use of violence by the police against the woman herself. After the cases were combined into the one, the investigation against a policeman was closed. The investigator has sent its resolution "about the partial termination of criminal prosecution" to the prosecutor for approval and the transfer of the case against Irina Snytko to court. According to the defenders, the resolution has been issued with violations of the norms of the Code of Criminal Procedure, and the case should be returned for further investigation.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on July 30, Irina Snytko parked her car near the marketplace, and when she returned, her car was on a police tow truck. Irina Snytko has climbed it and demanded to return her car. According to the investigators, Irina Snytko has bitten a policeman.

On August 29, the investigator issued a resolution on the partial termination of the criminal case, reported the advocate.

According to him, no investigation has been carried out on the complaint filed by Irina Snytko against the policemen, although the woman got serious injuries after the contact with the policemen and registered them at a forensic examiner's office.
