Combat engineers deactivate bomb in a car in Ingush village

Law enforcers have taken away and destroyed an explosive device, found in a car near a mosque in the village of Ali-Yurt. This was reported by a source from the law enforcement bodies.

At night, the law enforcement bodies received the information about a suspicious car without a driver in the village of Ali-Yurt in the vicinity of Nazran. Law enforcers who arrived at the place cordoned off the territory, and residents of nearby houses were evacuated.

The car with an explosive device belongs to a resident of Chechnya. The driver was recorded by surveillance cameras, but not identified yet, report sources from the law enforcement bodies.

Combat engineers have destroyed the explosive device planted inside the car, reports a source from the law enforcement bodies.

"The car is demined, and the explosive device was taken away and destroyed," reported the source as quoted by the RIA "Novosti" at 1:28 p.m. Moscow time.
