Law enforcers plant ammunition on residents of Nasyr-Kort, their relatives assert

Ilez Mutsolgov and Mamed Gazgiriev, residents of Ingushetia, were arrested on suspicion of possession of ammunition and explosive devices. According to their relatives, rounds and grenades were planted to them during the search.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that Mamed Gazgiriev and Ilez Mutsolgov, residents of Nasyr-Kort municipal district of Nazran, were detained after on July 20, grenades and 20 rounds were found during the searches carried out in the houses of both detainees. According to the decision pronounced by the Magas District Court on July 23, both men were taken into custody for one month.

Maret Gazgirieva, a wife of Mamed Gazgiriev, has told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent that as soon as the search began, law enforcers immediately went to the car parked in the yard.

"And they have allegedly found a grenade under the seat inside the car. And then, the man who sat and wrote down everything was approached by another man, who put on the table a package of rounds and said they had been found inside a wardrobe," said the wife of the arrested man.

According to the woman, they never stored anything like that in their house. She believes that was planted to them during the search.

Mamed Gazgireev is a very responsible person, and he is the main breadwinner of the family. This was told to the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent by Ismail G., a neighbour of the Gazgireev family.

"He cares of his relatives, including his sisters, disabled mother, and his own family with a sick child... Mamed worked in shifts: he spent two days at the airport, and other two days at home. And all the neighbours see what he is doing and where he stays. And then they carry out a search and find a grenade and rounds. None of the neighbours does believe that he stored rounds and a grenade in his house," said the neighbour of the arrested man.

He has also noted that he does not believe that a similar package with a grenade and rounds was found at the house of Ilez Mutsolgov, a friend and a neighbour of Mamed Gazgireev. According to Ismail, all the illegal items were planted during the searches.

Lydia, the mother of Mamed Gazgireev, has reported that before the search, law enforcers failed to show her family members any search warrants.
