On August 1, in Nalchik, the Museum of Fine Arts opened the exhibition "If I can fly." It presents pictures of three young artists with disabilities, including 18-year-old Temirlan Atalikov and Larina Shipsheva, and 11-year-old Karolina Tkhakakhova. The project "Equal Opportunities" plans to establish an online portal to ensure that the children with special needs will be able to sell their pictures. This was reported by Ella Tkhashigugova, the founder of the Foundation for Education and Science "Harmony".

In total, the exhibition presents more than 80 pictures. The opening of the exhibition was attended by more than 300 residents of Nalchik.

The Museum of Fine Arts often holds children's art exhibition; however, it is for the first time that the Museum holds the exhibition of pictures created by children with disabilities. This was told to the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent by Nina Leontieva, the chief of the exposition and exhibition hall of the Museum of Fine Arts.

The idea to organize the exhibition was initiated by the Union of Artists of Kabardino-Balkaria. During the entire period of the exhibition, the entrance to the exhibition hall will be free.
