During the dispersal of the rally in the Yerevan district of Sari Tag, four children were injured, locals report. After the dispersal, 73 people addressed for medical aid, said Anahit Aitayan, the spokeswoman for the Ministry of Public Health (MPH) of Armenia.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on July 29, participants of the rally in support of rebels headed toward the captured building, but on the way to the police cordon, power agents dispersed them. As a result, according to the latest data of the MPH, Ministry of Health of the Republic, 55 marchers and four policemen were hospitalized.

As stated by residents of the Sari Tag District, many of them "suffered from stun grenades, used by the police," which "wounded two children, aged four and five, and a two-month-old baby."

Ms Aitayan has refuted the information about hospitalization of children. According to her story, "a total of 73 citizens were taken to hospitals." "Of them, 26 are still taking their treatment," she wrote on the Facebook.

Among those 73, there were 11 policemen, who suffered in clashes in Khorenatsi Street and in the Sari Tag District, the MPH's press service reports.

A source from the MPH has added that "the two members of the armed grouping and one policeman wounded in shootouts" are treated at the "Erebuni" Medical Centre; their condition is estimated as grave.
