Court authorizes involvement of jury in trial on Boris Nemtsov's murder

The criminal case on the murder of politician Boris Nemtsov will be considered by a panel of jurors, who are to be selected on August 24. This decision has been pronounced by the Moscow District Military Court today. Thus, the Court has granted the motion filed by the defendants.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on July 25, Shamsudin Tsakaev, an advocate of one of the defendants, reported that the case on the Boris Nemtsov's murder would be considered with involvement of the jury. However, officials of the Court have refuted the information.

Today, the hearing into the case on the Boris Nemtsov's murder is continued behind closed doors.
