Experts treat Ramazan Abdulatipov's critical statements about Government of Dagestan as formality

The statements voiced by Ramazan Abdulatipov concerning d the facts that the Cabinet of Ministers has poorly planned out the budget and issued unreasonable budget guarantees will not result in real changes in the work of the Government of Dagestan. This opinion was expressed by experts interviewed by the "Caucasian Knot".

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on June 9, during the closing session of deputies of the fifth convocation of the National Assembly of Dagestan, the Dagestani leader characterized the work of the republic's government as "unprofessional" and demanded from the ministers "to bear responsibility for every kopeck."

It is not the first time when Ramazan Abdulatipov criticizes the government; however, it does not result in significant changes in the government's composition. This has been told to the "Caucasian Knot" by Albert Esedov, the leader of the regional branch of the "Yabloko" Party.

"The criticism usually resulted in endless reformatting: officials replaced each other on their seats. And while the analysts initially tried to understand the logic of assignments, then later, many of them gave up the idea. Apparently, we observe a new intention of the leader of the republic to explain the errors of the ruling system by the faults of some ministers from the government," believes Albert Esedov.

According to him, the republic needs the system adjustment and the real reform of the government.
