Dagestani authorities oblige farmers to participate in agrarian census

The owners of peasant farms and individual entrepreneurs, who refuse to take part in the agrarian census-2016, will be fined, said the Ministry of Agriculture of Dagestan.

According to the Ministry, the fine for the refusal to participate in the census will make 10-20,000 roubles for individual entrepreneurs, and 20-70,000 roubles for commercial entities.

"The repeated refusal to participate in the census will entail increased fines – 30-50,000 and 100-150,000 roubles respectively," says the statement posted today in the website of the Ministry of Agriculture of Dagestan.

This year’s all-Russian agricultural census will take place on July 1-August 15.
