Boris Nemtsov's daughter appeals to ICRF with a request to question Ramzan Kadyrov

According to the motion filed by Zhanna Nemtsova to the Investigating Committee of the Russian Federation (ICRF), in the case of the murder of politician Boris Nemtsov, investigators should question acting Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov, Senator Suleiman Geremeev, Adam Delimkhanov, a State Duma deputy, and seven other persons.

Boris Nemtsov was shot dead on February 27, 2015, in Moscow. Within his murder case, according to official data, five natives from Chechnya and Ingushetia were arrested; they have already seen their final charge. The figurants in the case are also two officers of the Chechen battalion "Sever" (North): Ruslan Mukhudinov, who is considered to be the customer of the murder and already announced wanted; and Ruslan Geremeev.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on April 27, Zhanna Nemtsova, a Boris Nemtsov's daughter, appealed to the investigating authorities with a motion to file a formal charge against law enforcer Ruslan Geremeev.

According to advocate Vadim Prokhorov, after studying the materials of the criminal case, the injured party has filed a motion to resume the preliminary investigation and question additional witnesses.

"We have filed a motion to locate and question Ramzan Kadyrov, Alibek and Adam Delimkhanov, Suleiman, Ruslan, and Arthur Geremeev, and four other persons," the "TASS" quotes on April 28 Vadim Prokhorov as stating.

Advocate Vadim Prokhorov has noted that the materials of the criminal case include two mission orders, according to which Zaur Dadaev, suspected of the murder, "was sent to Moscow with his personal small gun." Besides, according to the advocate, at the apartment rent by the defendants, law enforcers discovered permits to the room at the "President-Hotel", occupied by Suleiman Geremeev, the senator from Chechnya, the RIA "Novosti" reports.

"The circumstances, under which the keys of the rooms occupied by a member of the Federation Council appeared in the apartment rented by the persons suspected of the Boris Nemtsov's murder, should be carefully examined," the "Rain" TV Channel quotes the advocate of the injured party as stating.
