Supposed helper to attackers on Novoselitsk ROVD detained

Law enforcers have detained a suspected helper to the Kitaevskaya villagers who attacked the building of the Novoselitsk ROVD (District Interior Division) of the Stavropol Territory, law enforcement sources have reported today.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that today an attack was committed on the building of the Novoselitsk ROVD. According to law enforcement bodies, as a result of the attack there were no civilian or police casualties; only the three attackers themselves died: two were killed and one committed a self-explosion. A law enforcement source has stated that the attack was committed by three residents of one of local villages.

The alleged attackers' helper tried to escape, but law enforcers managed to detain him, said a local law enforcement source, the "Interfax" writes without specifying the name of the detainee.

Ibragim Djamalutdinov, 39, has been detained, the "LifeNews" writes, citing its law enforcement source. According to law enforcers, he fled the scene of the attack in a VAZ-21099 car, which was announced into search after the attack.

So far, there are no official confirmation of this information and comments from relatives and advocates of Djamalutdinov.

Let us remind you that earlier anonymous sources also stated a possible involvement in the attack of the Imam of one of the surrounding mosques. However, the Mufti of Stavropol has refuted this information.
