In case of shootout at Kizlyar marketplace, parties try to reconcile, a source reports

Investigators have collected sufficient evidence against nine persons accused of mass fight and shootout at the Kizlyar marketplace. This was reported by an official from the Investigating Committee of the Russian Federation (ICRF). The defendants and the victims attempted to reconcile, said an activist of the national-cultural autonomy "Tsez People".

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on October 9, 2014, a mass fight with shooting occurred at the Central marketplace of Kizlyar. As a result, one person, a guard of the marketplace, was killed, and several people, including Ruslan Guseinov, the new marketplace director, were injured.

All the persons, injured in the fight, have recovered, and relatives from both sides attempted to resolve the problem with masliat (reconciliation). This was reported by Mukhammad Tsezi, a Dagestani blogger, a resident of Kizlyar, and a member of the political council of national-cultural autonomy "Tsez People". However, no achieved compromise has been reported yet.

The marketplace where the incident has occurred centres retail of agricultural and food products, and there are also trade pavilions with clothes.
