Rostov regional authorities allocate one million roubles to each family of crash casualties

The documents on allocation of monetary compensations to the families of those residents of the Rostov Region, who died in the aircraft crash, will be signed today, said the regional governor Vasily Golubev, while visiting the venue of the accident.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that last night, 62 people were killed in the crash of the Boeing 737-800 NG of the "FlyDubai" airlines, which was on route from Dubai to Rostov-on-Don. According to the preliminary version, the crash was caused by crew error, bad weather conditions or and a technical failure.

The families of the casualties will receive one million roubles each, the Governor of Rostov Region Vasily Golubev has stated today.

Such compensations are paid out to relatives from the budgets of Russian subjects in accordance with the casualties' residence, Maxim Sokolov, the Russian Transport Minister, said, in turn, as quoted by the TASS.

Among the casualties, there were also spouses from the Volgograd Region; their family will receive the same compensation.
