Ilya Yashin finds allies in Chechnya for preparing report on Ramzan Kadyrov

In Chechnya, people are afraid of Ramzan Kadyrov. This was stated by Ilya Yashin, Deputy Chairman of the "People's Freedom Party" (PARNAS), who visited Grozny while working on the report about the leader of Chechnya. According to Ilya Yashin, the study is addressed to the Russian public, and there are people in Chechnya, who will disseminate the report in the territory of the republic.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that the report has the working title of "National Security Threat".

Ramzan Kadyrov was appointed the leader of Chechnya on February 15, 2007. In March 2011, at the proposal of Dmitry Medvedev, then President of Russia, the Parliament of the Chechen Republic approved Ramzan Kadyrov for the second term in office. The next leader of Chechnya will be elected by direct voting to be held on September 18.

Ilya Yashin intends to present his report in Moscow on February 23.

He believes that it is possible to introduce changes and make Chechnya a "normal Russian region, loyal to Russia and the Constitution." "The main thing is to overcome fear and to begin to act," Ilya Yashin stresses.

According to the oppositionist, one of the key messages of the report is that Russian President Vladimir Putin is responsible for the situation in Northern Caucasus.

It should be noted that recently, the Chechen leader attracted attention through his attacks on the non-systemic opposition. On January 12, he said that the non-systemic opposition should be treated "as enemies of the people" who were trying to deteriorate the situation in Russia.
