Tbilisi resident shot dead in the street from submachine gun

Goga Kvaratskheliya has died today at a hospital in Tbilisi after he was shelled from a submachine gun in the eyes of witnesses.

It happened in the evening on December 25 in Budapest Street in the eyes of local residents.

A submachine gun burst was fired at Goga Kvaratskheliya; an ambulance was called; he was taken to the Republic's Hospital in grave condition, where he died this morning, the "InterpressNews" reports.

It is reported on the website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) of Georgia that law enforcers are searching for the attackers; and the investigation is conducted under Article 108 of the Criminal Code of Georgia (premeditated murder).
