ICRF reports two casualties of shootout in Kizilyurt

In a shootout with policemen in Kizilyurt, Nuzhidin Zubairov and Shamil Gadjiev, suspected militants, were killed and, said the press service of the Department for Dagestan of the Investigating Committee of the Russian Federation (ICRF); while earlier a law enforcement source had reported about three casualties.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported with reference to a law enforcement source, in the outskirt of Kizilyurt, in a shootout, power agent killed two alleged militants' helpers. It was reported that another armed man was killed. The casualties were identified as Nuzhidin Zubairov, Shamil Gadjiev and Magomed Khairullaev; they allegedly had helped local militants, said the law enforcement source.

According to the ICRF, this morning in Kizilyurt, after policemen's attempt to stop a VAZ-21099 car, its driver "did not obey, and began shooting, together with his passengers in the direction of the policemen, said the press-service of the Investigating Department for Dagestan of the ICRF.

"By response fire two members of terrorist grouping were neutralized and later identified as Nuzhidin Zubairov, born in 1981, and Shamil Gadjiev, born in 1978," says the website of the ICRF.
