Petition on additional inquiry into Permyakov's motives rejected

Investigators came to the conclusion that any further investigation into the motive of the crime committed by Valery Permyakov, who massacred the Avetisyan family, as inappropriate.

The advocate has added that, if necessary, the decision of preliminary investigative body will be appealed against.

Now, since the petition of legal representatives of successors of Avetisyan family has been rejected, the criminal case will soon be handed over to the General Prosecutor's Office for approval of the indictment, said Ervand Varosyan, another advocate.
