Experts treat IS declaration on jihad against Russia as propaganda

The statement on declared jihad made by the main propagandist of the "Islamic State" (IS) prohibited in Russia and recognized as a terrorist organization should be taken seriously, journalist Orkhan Djemal believes. The statement on jihad is a kind of propaganda, and Russian law enforcers have learned to prevent terror acts, Professor Mikhail Roschin and Orientalist Evgeny Satanovsky believe.

Orkhan Djemal, a Forbes reporter, drew the attention to the fact that jihad against Russia was announced by Abu Muhammad al-Adnani, who was called a "press secretary of the IS". According to Orkhan Djemal, Abu Muhammad al-Adnani a deputy named Abu Jihad, who supervises the "Russian-speaking area in the IS propaganda."

The expert has noted that the statement on jihad announced by the IS should be taken seriously, since the IS has serious human and financial resources.
