CTO legal regime cancelled in Tsumada District
The counterterrorist operation (CTO) legal regime, introduced in the territory of the Tsumada District of Dagestan on October 13, is cancelled.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that the CTO legal regime was introduced in the Tsumada District on October 13. In the course of the search operation in the village of Agvali, law enforcers discovered a hiding with munitions.
On October 17, the special legal regime was cancelled. "At 2:30 p.m. Moscow time, the CTO legal regime in the Tsumada District of Dagestan was cancelled in connection with the completion of all the operational activities," an official from the operational headquarters for Dagestan reports as quoted by the "TASS".
On October 15, the CTO legal regime was introduced in the Derbent District of Dagestan. Law enforcers are searching for members of a local grouping of militants involved in a number of crimes, reports a source from the law enforcement bodies.
