The public prosecutor demanded to sentence Deni Mirzoev to three years of imprisonment in a penal colony, and the representative of the victim asked the court to sentence the defendant to five years of imprisonment in a penal colony. On September 15, the Dorogomilovsky District Court of Moscow sentenced Deni Mirzoev to two years of imprisonment in a penal settlement-colony. The civil lawsuits against the defendant have been partially granted.
