Sergey Kaziev buried in Nalchik

Today, Sergey Kaziev, who was convicted of the attack on Nalchik and then died at the SIZO (pre-trial prison), was buried in the cemetery of Nalchik.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that Kaziev, who was on a hunger strike since May, died on August 21 in Nalchik SIZO. He was convicted on the episodes of attacking the OVD (Interior Department) and the "Arsenal". Prior to sentencing, he was under recognizance not to leave; in his last plea he asked the court not to deprive him of his liberty.

So far, investigators have not announced the official conclusion on the reasons of Kaziev's death.
