Firearms of killed power agents found in Nalchik
Among the weapons, found at the venues of the special operations against suspected militants, conducted on July 23 and August 3 in Nalchik, investigators found the pistols stolen from the slain prosecutor Marat Tokov and GIBDD (traffic police) inspector Aslan Mashukov.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that at night on August 3, a group of armed men was blocked in a nine-storey building in Musov Street in Nalchik. They refused to surrender and were killed. According to the Russian National Antiterrorist Committee (NAC), in total, six people were killed. At night on July 23, another counterterrorist operation (CTO) was held in Nalchik with introduction of the CTO regime. Here, also six people were killed, blocked in a nine-storey building in Shogentsukov Street.
According to investigators, one of the militants killed in Shogentsukov Street had the pistol stolen from Marat Tokov and other things of the slain prosecutor.
In the apartment in Musov Street, law enforcers found the pistol stolen during the murder of GIBDD inspector Aslan Mashukov on November 5, 2014, said the press service of the Department for Kabardino-Balkaria of the ICRF.
