Bodies of members of "Imarat Kavkaz" killed in KBR given out to relatives

None of the three persons killed in Baksan on July 14 was on the federal wanted list, said a law enforcement source from the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic (KBR).

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that a special operation conducted in the area between the city of Baksan and the village of Dugulubgey resulted in liquidation of three suspected militants. According to the Russia's National Antiterrorist Committee (NAC), they were members of the north-eastern sector of "Imarat Kavkaz" – the organization recognized as terrorist one by the USA and Russia.

The bodies of the 41-year-old Boris Batyrov, the 30-year Kasbulat Dyshekov and the 23-year-old Rustam Beslaneev were given out to their relatives for burial, said a source from law enforcement bodies, adding that one of them had been in operative search since 2013, while the two others were in the hiding.

According to the source, the casualties were involved in shelling policemen in the territory of the Baksan District in 2013 and the murder of an entrepreneur in Dugulubgey in 2013. Besides, one of them was involved in the murder of a female healer of the village of Psykhurey, Baksan District, in December 2013.

Also, the bodies of Astemir Dyshekov, a resident of Baksan, and Islam Ezdekov, a resident of the Nalchik, the capital of KBR, killed on June 30 in Nalchik, were given out to relatives, said one of them. Both were members of "Imarat Kavkaz", said the NAC.
