ICRF: head of Cossack village in Kuban shelled because of interpersonal conflict

Investigators consider an interpersonal conflict as a major version of the armed attack, in which Mikhail Razievsky, the head of the Cossack village of Akhtanizovskaya, and his assistant were wounded. The lives of the wounded men are not in danger, the Investigating Department for the Krasnodar Territory of the Investigating Committee of the Russian Federation (ICRF) reports.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on May 11, an unidentified armed man attacked Mikhail Razievsky, the head of the Cossack village of Akhtanizovskaya of the Temryuk District of the Krasnodar Territory, and his assistant. The wounded men were hospitalized. According to the preliminary information, Mikhail Razievsky and his assistant were wounded from a traumatic pistol.

"At about 3:00 p.m. of May 11, 2015, in the Cossack village of Akhtanizovskaya, an unidentified person on a bike made four shots in the direction of the head of the Akhtanizovskaya rural settlement and a 50-year-old local resident, who were standing on the steps of the administration building. As a result, both men got tangential non-penetrating gunshot wounds to their heads," reports the today's message on the website of the ICRF's Investigating Department for the Krasnodar Territory.

"According to the preliminary information, the incident could originate from an interpersonal conflict," emphasizes the message disseminated by the ICRF's press service.
