Russian MIA treats Ramzan Kadyrov's statement about "opening fire" on policemen as unacceptable

The statement voiced by Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov in connection with the incident in Grozny about the possibility of opening fire on law enforces from other regions is unacceptable. This was declared by Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA).

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on April 19, Djambulat Dadaev, who was on the federal wanted list, was killed in Grozny, while he tried to ram a police car. The Chechen leader has criticized the actions of the Stavropol law enforcers and claimed that no one is authorized to carry out special operations in the republic without the sanction of the local authorities. Ramzan Kadyrov allowed opening fire on participants of special operations in cases of absence of the above sanctions.

According to the website of the Russian MIA, on April 19, the policemen from the Stavropol Territory arrived in Chechnya to detain a local resident, who put on the wanted list for opening fire on a civilian within the Stavropol Territory.

In his turn, Vladimir Vladimirov, the Governor of the Stavropol Territory, has assumed that the Ramzan Kadyrov's words could be "taken out of the context."

Let us remind you that on April 20, the Department for Chechnya of the Investigating Committee of the Russian Federation (ICRF) launched a preliminary investigation into the death of Djambulat Dadaev.
