Brother of the person accused of aiding militants detained in Dagestan
Power agents have detained a brother of Imangazali Magomedov, who is accused of aiding militants, as well as possession of weapons and drugs, said the advocate Elena Denisenko.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that Imangazali Magomedov was detained on June 2, 2014. According to investigators, a pistol and ammunition were found in his car. His defence asserted that he was beaten up. Out of all the incriminated articles, Magomedov pled guilty only of possessing weapons.
His brother Magomed Magomedov, 26, was detained on Tuesday, March 10, in the village of Shaumyan, Kizlyar District, said Elena Denisenko.
"I was informed by Magomed's relatives that he was detained after a search of his house in Shaumyan; however, nothing illegal was found during the search," said Denisenko.
The last plea of Imangazali Magomedov is scheduled for March 11; however, so far, the advocate does no associate it with the detention of his brother.
