"Caucasian Knot" is among TOP-30 most cited Russia's Internet resources

In 2014, the citation index of the "Caucasian Knot" more than doubled, which put the edition into the TOP-30 of most cited Russian Internet resources. According to its own data, the citation rate of the "Caucasian Knot" in 2014 was much higher.

The increase of the citation index of the "Caucasian Knot" from 1760.52 in 2013 up to 3545.01 in 2014 allowed the edition to take the 21st place among the TOP-30 most cited Internet resources, compiled by the "Medialogia" Company. According to the "Caucasian Knot", its 2014 citation count reached 4887.

In the rating of the "TOP-30 Most Cited Internet Resources", compiled based on the data from 22,100 sources, the Internet medium "Caucasian Knot" is ahead of the websites of such resources like the "Echo Moskvy", "Komsomolskaya Pravda" and "Free Press". The first three positions in the citation rating of the Russian Internet resources is occupied by the RBC (RosBusinessConsulting), "Lenta.ru" and "Gazeta.ru".

Let us note here that the citation geography of the "Caucasian Knot" is not confined by the Russian segment of the Internet. The "Caucasian Knot" was quoted in dozens of countries, including the world's major agencies like the Bloomberg, Reuters, AFP, and by such leaders of the media industry like the BBC, The New York Times, The Washington Post, the Economist, the Business Week and others.
