Special operation in Khasavyurt District of Dagestan is over

As reported by the Dagestani Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA), the special operation in the village of Novoselskoe, Khasavyurt District of Dagestan, is over, resulting in a murder of one militant. Locals report about the deaths of two alleged members of the armed underground.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that earlier the Khasavyurt ROVD (District Interior Division) reported the killing of two suspected militants in Novoselskoe. One of them was pre-identified as Abdulnasir Ramazanov, born in 1976. According to local residents, power agents conducted their checks in the village.

However, the ROVD has confirmed only one liquidated militants.

The pre-identified Abdulnasir Ramazanov was a member of the "Khasavyurt" militant grouping. He was shot dead in one of the houses, where he had run in trying to hide from power agent, said a local resident.

At present, the situation in the village is calm, another villager, Gusein by name, told at about 8:00 p.m. According to his version, not one, but two suspected militants were killed.
