Detainee's dead body found in IVS of Rostov Region

Today, employees of the temporary detention facility (known as IVS) of the Neklinovsky District of the Rostov Region have found a detained man with no signs of life in one of the facility cells.

A 33-year-old resident of Taganrog was arrested two days ago on suspicion of committing a crime. His body was found by the IVS staff.

Currently, the Neklinovsky ROVD (District Interior Division) conducts an internal inquiry into the circumstances of the incident, the website of the Russian MIA for the Rostov Region has reported today.

Supposedly, it was a suicide, because the man was alone in the cell. He was suspected of illegal dealing with explosives or explosive devices, the "Rostov.rf" reports.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that in December 2013, a dead man was found in the IVS of the Kagalnitsky District of the Rostov Region.
