Another Sernovodsk resident abducted, then found dead

On May 15, a local herder reportedly found the mutilated body of a man near the village of Shami-Yurt, Chechnya's Achkhoy-Martan district. The man has proved to be Zubair Visangireev, a resident of the village of Sernovodsk abducted by officers of Russian security agencies. The man's body had signs of cruel torture.
