No money for presidential election in budget of Chechnya

The Russian President's Plenipotentiary in the South Federal District Vladimir Yakovlev has confirmed that the [presidential] election in Chechnya will be held in early September. It is necessary now "to solve the question of allocation of funds through the federal budget, through reserve funds," he noted. "Such funds are not provided for in the budget of the Chechen republic," Mr Yakovlev explained.
