The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on October 17, in Budyonnovsk, 73-year-old Lyudmila Bogatenkova was detained after a search in the office of the Committee of Soldiers' Mothers. She was charged with fraud. In the evening of October 18, Lyudmila Bogatenkova was transferred to the Pyatigorsk SIZO (pre-trial prison) "White Swan".

At present, Lyudmila Bogatenkova is at home, and she has signed the recognizance not to leave.

"Lyudmila Bogatenkova was not admitted to the SIZO for health reasons," reported Alexander Peredruk, the press secretary of the Committee of Soldiers' Mothers with reference to the advocate.
