Relatives of kidnapped Kizilyurt resident cannot find him for the second day

As of Saturday morning, the whereabouts of Sakhratula Magomedov, a resident of Kizilyurt, who was kidnapped in the evening on September 25, has not been established, said Aisha Selimkhanova, an employee of the Dagestani Regional Public Organization (DRPO) "Pravozaschita" (Advocacy).

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on September 26 Magomedov's relatives held an action at the building of the Inter-District OVD (Interior Division) of the Kizilyurt District with a demand to establish his whereabouts. Kizilyurt was put under the "Perekhvat" (Interception) plan to search for Magomedov.

Aisha Selimkhanova has learnt from relatives that Magomedov works in Khasavyurt. He was kidnapped when he came back from there. Relatives said that three kidnappers were in the street without masks; and children saw them. The children said that the armed men drove them away, put on masks and went into the house, where they waited for Magomedov on the second level.

The Kizilyurt GOVD (City Interior Division) told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent that Magomedov was not brought there.
