Krasnodar Territory to deploy over 70 TACs for Ukrainian refugees

On September 15, Alexander Tkachov, the Governor of the Krasnodar Territory, ordered to organize 71 temporary accommodation centres (TACs) for refugees from Ukraine based on hotels, resorts, sanatoria and camps. In total, the Territory will be able to additionally take about 5000 forced migrants.

As of September 12, the Territory had housed over 44,500 citizens of Ukraine, including 13,300 children. Over 39,000 people were sheltered by their relatives and friends.

Within the past fortnight, the inflow of refugees has more than halved. Thus, from August 25 to September 8, the Territory received some 4000 people, whereas earlier such number arrived within one week, the "Interfax-South" reports.
