"Centre of Legal Technologies": 92 million roubles withdrawn illegally from Nadezhda Tsapok's account

Despite the arrest imposed on Nadezhda Tsapok's account at the "Rosselkhozbank", 92.064 million roubles were illegally withdrawn, said Andrei Karpenko, the director of the law firm "Centre of Legal Technologies". The withdrawal was made by the decision of the Leninsky District Court of Krasnodar, said the source.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on July 30 the Kuschevsky District Court of the Krasnodar Territory resumed the consideration of the criminal case of fraud initiated against Nadezhda Tsapok, the owner of the agricultural enterprise "Artex-Agro".

According to Andrei Karpenko, who is involved in the bankruptcy proceedings of "Artex-Agro", the account of Nadezhda Tsapok at the Kuschevsky Branch of the "Rosselkhozbank" was arrested as a security measure for a number of criminal cases.

Currently, on investigators' request, an arrest has been imposed on the bank account of Angela Maria Tsapok – the wife of Sergey Tsapok, the "Rossiyskaya Gazeta" reports.

Acting in the interests of the civil wife of Sergey Tsapok, his advocate petitioned before the court, after the death of his client, to lift the arrest of the account of Angela Maria Tsapok. However, the court dismissed the petition, noting that consideration of such petitions is the sole competence of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation.
