Radjab Magomedov's wife requests to withdraw case of her husband's death from investigators of Khasavyurt District

In Dagestan, a person suspected of the murder of Radjab Magomedov has been detained. This was reported by the advocate representing the interests of the victims. Saida Khaibulaeva, the wife of Radjab Magomedov, has appealed to Eduard Kaburneev, Chief of the Investigating Department of the Investigating Committee of the Russian Federation (ICRF) for Dagestan. The woman has asked to withdraw the criminal case on her husband's death in 2007 from the investigating agencies.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that the incident occurred on March 27, 2007, in the village of Karlanyurt of the Khasavyurt District. According to investigators, on that day, Saipula Shamkhalov, a resident of Kizilyurt, had stabbed and wounded Radjab Magomedov during the conflict. Later, the victim died from blood loss.

On August 5, 2013, Saida Khaibulaeva sent an appeal to Ramazan Abdulatipov with a request to take the investigation into the murder of her husband under his control. The woman also asked to bring to justice the investigator, who, according to her, had committed irregularities during the investigation into the case.

According to advocate Mansur Sepikhanov, the criminal investigation has once again been assigned to the same investigator, against whom the victims had earlier filed their complaints.

The Radjab Magomedov's wife requests to bring to justice the second participant of the fight and charge both criminals of the murder with prior agreement. According to the woman, the man, whom she believes to be an accomplice in the crime, is a relative of Saipula Shamkhalov; however, the investigators "brought him out of the case."
