In Stavropol Territory, people hold spontaneous gathering after disappearance of Tukui-Mekteb resident (+video)

Today, residents of the Neftekumsk District of the Stavropol Territory have organized the people's gathering in connection with the disappearance of Zamir Taibov, who left the aul (village) of Tukui-Mekteb, to have a conversation with FSB agents. This was reported by family members of the disappeared man.

Zamir Taibov, born in 1987, has disappeared on June 13. His family members believe that he was kidnapped. This was told to the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent by a relative of the disappeared man. According to him, this is not the first disappearance of local residents in the Neftekumsk District. Thus, today, the villagers have organized the people's gathering.

"The gathering in Tukui-Mekteb was attended by almost all the residents of the aul and the nearby villages. The villagers have decided to go to the district centre to try to find Zamir Taibov at the Neftekumsk ROVD (District Interior Division). On the way to the city of Neftekumsk, in the village of Achikulak, a column of vehicles was blocked by law enforcers with submachine guns," the source has said.

Officials from the unit on duty of the Neftekumsk ROVD told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent that they did not detain Zamir Taibov.
