The quarrel between the Caucasian and guests from Belarus occurred at Sokolniki line of the Moscow metro.

"At about 1:00 a.m., in a train en route from the station 'Park Kultury' toward the station 'Kropotkinskaya', a conflict occurred between four citizens of Belarus and a 27-year-old native of one of the republics of the North-Caucasian Federal District (NCFD). During the quarrel, the NCFD native fired several shots from the traumatic pistol on Belarusians," the "Interfax" quotes an official from the MIA's press service as saying.
