Advocates: Dzhokhar Tsarnaev was dragged into terror act by his elder brother

Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, a defendant in the case on the terror act committed during the marathon in Boston, acted under pressure of his elder brother Tamerlan Tsarnaev. This was stated by advocates of Dzhokhar Tsarnaev.

"We proceed from the fact that Tamerlan Tsarnaev forced his younger brother to help him commit the crime," the "Interfax" quotes the Dzhokhar Tsarnaev's advocate as saying with reference to the Associated Press.

According to the defence, if the advocates manage to prove the fact that Dzhokhar Tsarnaev was forced to commit the terror act by his elder brother his life will be saved. Otherwise, according to the advocates, he could face the death penalty for those acts which formed the basis of the case.
