Terrorist act averted in Naursky district of Chechnya

A high-capacity explosive device was found not far from the village of Ishcherskaya in the Naursky district on April 16. Field engineers neutralized the self-made bomb, which was mounted on a railway line. People who prepared the terrorist act have not been identified.
