Stavropol Territory: explosion occurs where car with man's body was found

Last night in the Predgorny District of the Stavropol Territory, a car was found, containing the body of a local resident with a gunshot wound in his head. In the morning, when investigators arrived at the scene, an explosive device was triggered there. Nobody suffered from the explosion, the Investigating Committee of the Russian Federation {ICRF) has reported.

According to testimonies of local residents, which are referred to by the portal "KMVCITY", the explosion occurred near a bus stop in the settlement of Tambukan, which is near the border of the StavropolTerritory with Kabardino-Balkaria. According to the portal, the blast shattered windows in the nearby residential buildings.

Sources from law enforcement bodies report that in the village of Zolskoe, Kirov District, two more cars with bodies of killed people inside were found. Power agents found an explosive device near one of the cars. It is known that the killed men were drivers and were allegedly involved in private taxi business, adds the ITAR-TASS.
