No explosive found in "MoryeMall" Shopping Centre in Sochi

Special agents have established that the package, found in the territory of the Shopping Centre "MoryeMall" (Sea Mall) in Sochi, which caused an emergency evacuation of the visitors and employees of the Mall, contained no explosives.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on Friday in Sochi visitors of the Mall found an unattended package and told about it to securities. All the employees and visitors were evacuated in the emergency manner.

Fire-fighters, medics and dog handlers arrived at the venue and really found the above suspicious package.

So far, there was no information about the opening of a criminal case in connection with the false report about a planted bomb.

Earlier, the "Caucasian Knot" reported that many Sochi residents preferred not to go out on the New Year in fear of terror acts.
