KBR: suspected militant blows himself up after detention

The person, suspected of involvement in illegal armed formations (IAFs), who was detained on December 17 in the city of Tyrnyauz, blew himself up, when he brought power agents to the place, where, according to his story, his accomplice could be hiding, said a source from law enforcement bodies of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic (KBR).

Let us remind you that Ali Eneev, 28, who was on the federal wanted list, was detained in the outskirt of Tyrnyauz in a dugout. At detention, he was deprived of a chance to render resistance to law enforcers. A Kalashnikov, an improvised explosion device (IED) and ammunition were found on him.

The detainee gave an address, where other suspected militants could be hiding; and when he was brought to the location, he took a backpack from there and triggered an IED that was inside.

The suicide bombing occurred in one of the houses of the village of Bylym, the "LifeNews" adds.
