In Prigorodny District of North Ossetia, beekeeper Raishat Albakova wins business plan contest
In the Prigorodny District of North Ossetia, the village of Kurtat held the contest for the best business plan presented by trainees of the course "Centre of Assistance to Small Businesses", which was attended by eight graduates of the business school. On those days, the village also held the seminar "System of new principles of effective and comfortable training". Both events were organized by the Human Rights Centre (HRC) "Memorial" and the Committee "Civil Assistance".
Three participants, which business plans gained the highest score, will receive purchased equipment necessary for their businesses. The remaining participants of the contest will also receive financial support.
Raishat Albakova, a beekeeper, won the first place in the contest. This was told to the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent by Yuliya Chardina, the project leader. Raishat Albakova asked the organizers to buy for her hives for the amount of 40,000 roubles won by her project.
Zarina Kulova won the second place in the contest, and she will obtain the equipment worth 25,000 roubles. Earlier, she opened a hair salon in the village, and at present, she plans to expand her business. Akhmet Dzarakhov, who presented a business plan to create a greenhouse and won the third place, will obtain equipment worth 25,000 roubles.
Yuliya Chardina has noted that in general, business plans developed in traditional sectors such as livestock and poultry were presented to the contest.
The next competition for the project will be held in February 2014.
Let us remind you that the "Centre of Assistance to Small Businesses" was opened in the village of Kurtat of the Prigorodny District of North Ossetia with the assistance of the HRC "Memorial" in December 2008.
