ICRF: mistress of pharmacies in Khasavyurt, near which explosion occurred, received threats
The explosion in the Dagestani Khasavyurt happened near the pharmacy, the owner of which had earlier received threats, said a source from the Investigating Department (ID) for Dagestan of the ICRF. Nobody suffered, the GOVD (City Interior Divisions) has reported.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that the explosion in Khasavyurt was triggered at about 1:30 a.m. on November 18.
"An improvised explosive device (IED) was triggered near the pharmacy, which is located next to a grocery store and several other stores," the above source told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent.
"According to preliminary information, the owner of the pharmacy had received threats from the members of the armed underground and orders to stop trading. Presumably, the pharmacy sold strong drugs without prescriptions," said a source from the above ID.
The website of the Dagestan MIA reports that the shock wave broke the windows in the pharmacy and the adjacent grocery.
