In Armenia, court on fight at "Harsnaqar" Restaurant postpones consideration of victims' petition

The consideration of the motion of the suffered party in the case of beating of military doctors in the parking lot of "Harsnaqar" Restaurant in Yerevan has been postponed until the final court decision. Earlier, the victims asked the court to recognize the clothes they wore on the day of the fight as substantial evidence.

Let us remind you that four military doctors and the successor of their perished colleague Vage Avetyan, who died in the hospital after the fight, are the victims in the case of the fight at "Harsnaqar" Restaurant on June 17, 2012. The defendants are a waiter and five securities of the restaurant. They deny any involvement in the beating of doctors at the parking lot of the restaurant.

Judge David Arutyunyan has stated that the consideration of this petition is deferred until the final court decision, the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent reports.

The next court session is scheduled for August 23.
