In Dagestan, preliminary investigation into murder case of five persons in Kizlyar completed

In Dagestan, investigators completed a preliminary investigation into the criminal case on the murder of four Gamzatov brothers and their nephew Magomed Omarov that was committed in Kizlyar on March 18, 2012. This was reported by Sapiyat Magomedova, an advocate from the Bar "Omarov and Co. ".

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on March 18, 2012, in the city of Kizlyar, Magomed Gamzatov, a deputy of the City Assembly, his brothers Osman, Yusuf and Gazidibir and their nephew Magomed Omarov were killed as a result of a fight with weapon.

Z. B. Magomedaliev, Z. B. Magomedaliev, S. O. Magomedov, Sh. M. Magomedov, M. Yu. Magomedov, and Yu. A. Sharipov are the suspects in the case. This was reported by Shamil Umalatov, an investigator of the Investigating Committee of the Russian Federation (ICRF) for Dagestan, who conducted the investigation into the case.

In turn, the text of the appeal to Vladimir Putin, President of the Russian Federation, sent in June by relatives of the killed persons, noted that the detainees are security guards of Andrei Vinogradov, the head of the Kizlyar District of the Republic of Dagestan, and Saigid Murtazaliev, the head of the Pension Fund of the Republic of Dagestan.

"We, the victims, are confident that the armed security guards of Saigid Murtazaliev and Andrei Vinogradov deliberately initially provoked Gamzatov brothers to the conflict, and they beat Gazidibir Gamzatov. When the Gamzatov brothers remained unprovoked, the security guards of Saigid Murtazaliev and Andrei Vinogradov armed with submachine guns and other weapons arrived to the trading house 'Planeta Lux' owned by Gamzatov brothers in jeeps with state registration number of 111 and in broad daylight brutally murdered Gamzatov brothers and Magomed Omarov," the appeal states.
