A home-made explosive device was activated in the evening of February, 12, on the line of march of a motorcade of the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation in the town of Buinaksk, Dagestan.

A motorcade of armoured “Urals” was attacked by the blasters.

The explosive device was laid at the roadside, “Interfax” reports.

There are no victims or injured persons, RIA “Novosti” referring to a representative of Committee of Inquiry of the Russian Federation in the region informs.
