During trial on the case of terrorist act in Domodedovo a sufferer reported that he was still feeling bad from wounding

Trial on the case of the act of terror in the airport of Domodedovo in January of 2011 was continued toady in Moscow regional court. Four sufferers refused to submit lawsuits of damage compensation.

The act of terror in Domodedovo in which 37 persons perished was committed on January, 24. 2011. Leader of North-Caucasian gunmen Doku Umarov assumed responsibility for its organization.

One of the sufferers Yuri Komar said today that he was still feeling the aftermath of his wounding.

“I had mine explosive traumas in my leg and arm and my hearing deteriorated. Now my shoulder aches when the weather changes. But I have no wish to submit a civil act”, the sufferer said to the Panel of judges.

During today’s session two more sufferers refused to submit lawsuits of damage compensation. The prosecution party also read out a statement of rejection of a civil act from an aggrieved woman who could not be present at the trial today.

The defendants listened to interrogation silently. All the four defendants were wearing black gym suits and two had black baseball caps on. During the trial they communicated with each other.
