The case of terror in the market of Vladikavkaz will be considered by Military Court in Rostov-on-Don

The case against five natives of Ingushetia accused of involvement in the act of terror in the market of Vladikavkaz in September of 2010 will be considered by Military circuit court in Rostov-on-Don. Preliminary hearings may be held already in a month, attorney of one of the defendants informed.

Earlier, the “Caucasian Knot” reported that in November of 2012 Chief Investigative Department of Committee of Inquiry of Russia in North-Caucasian Federal okrug reported accomplishment of investigation of the criminal case against five participants of a group suspected of organization of terror, among them Issa Khashagulgov, Khizar Daurbekov, Mikail Khashagulgov, Magomed Daurbekov, Yusup Dzangiev and referring the case to court.

According to lawyer Batyr Akhilgov, Issa Khashagulgov’s attorney, the defendants will be convoyed from the investigative isolation ward to Rostov-on-Don within July. Their custody term was prolonged till August, 4.

“There are a lot of violations of legal procedure, the arguments are poor, my client is accused on 29 clauses of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation”, Batyr Akhilgov said to the “Caucasian Knot” correspondent.

Musa Pliev, lawyer of “Musaev and Partners” law office who appears for Issa Khashagulgov, is sure that the motives of covering up inaccuracy of the investigation and easy accomplishment of cases that might be frustrated are behind the alteration of jurisdiction of the case.

According to the investigation’s version, in 2007-2010 the defendants joined the group “Vilayat Galgaiche” whose participants are involved in committing the act of terror in the Central market of Vladikavkaz in September of 2010. The investigation considers that Issa Khashagulgov was leader of one of the subdivisions of this group.
