Georgian women plan peace march to Adjaria

The international society Women for Peace, Georgia, is going to conduct a peace march to Adjaria within the next few days. Activists of the organization made such a decision during the meeting at the Union of Georgian Writers in Tbilisi on March 17, a source at the Union of Writers told the Novosti-Gruzia news agency.

Action participants are expected to go on foot from Tbilisi along the central motorway in the direction of the post at the Choloki River (Adjaria's administrative border).

"By out action, we want to support women living in Adjaria," initiators of the peace march said to journalists.
